Turnitin

Most work turned in to Blackboard will be Turnitin assignments.  You will receive feedback and comments through this service.  Additionally, TurnItIn will check your work for instances of plagiarism, and your work will remain in their database (they use it to check other students’ papers for plagiarism).  In this class, TurnItIn can be used primarily as a learning tool to help you understand how to properly site sources and use quotations.  Only access TurnItIn through Blackboard.
